Do you want the ANGLED linear dimension or the ANGLE dimension, which is a separate tool - see image (angle dimension tool).

I have done this before and somehow it's not working anymore. When I try to angle dimension my weird floor slab, I click on a point, it sometimes gives me a circle target and sometimes it gives me a square target. What I use to do is to click 2 points, double click on the outside and it will give me the angle. Now, when I click on the two points (one square and one circle), it refuses to give me anything. What is going on?
So individual Dimension Point of a Dimension chain can be either associative or static.
