How to get Doors and window Simple openings with trim?

The default setting for a simple opening is just a hole in the wall, but I want the same trim as if a door leaf or window sash were removed. I do not see how to make that an option. Any ideas?

You can select a standard door and select the empty leaf. Not sure if you can do that for a window though...
