How would you handle this situation?(recessed loggia window)

Hi,

I'm struggling currently with the detail of a window in a loggia (see the attached image). The isolation is turning correctly but is overlapping with the adjacent wall.

How would you do this so that the isolation turns correctly and there is no overlapping?

Just brainstorming ...
Maybe you need some complex profile columns to put at the corners where the window starts in order to finish the insulation as you prefer.
