Hi!
The syringe tools have worked fine for me before, but now when trying to pick upp and inject parameters between windows the window I'm trying to inject the parameters into will not change.
The pick up parameters seems to be working since I can place an identical new window after using the pick up tool. But none of the windows already in the model can be injected. I have not changed any settings since it worked last, what could be the issue here?

So you do see the syringe cursor?
Does it work between different colour lines or different walls?
Could the windows or the layer be locked?

Yes I see the cursor. I tried unlocking the layer just in case now and nothing changed. It seem to work on for example walls and objects but not windows or doors.

Maybe you changed the Element transfer settings.
When you hold the syringe it will appear when you press 'all settings'.
You can set which parameter you want to transfer.

To the best of my knowledge I have not changed any of those settings. Now i have gone through each of the predetermined settings and tried to pick up and then inject but unfortunately it won't work with any of the settings.

Is it a teamwork file?
If it is, you may need to reserve the windows for editing?
Barry.

If you try in another file, does it work as expected?
If commands are not working as they should, then I would try the old IT fall back of re-start your machine.

I tried to restart my computer quite early in my trouble shooting efforts actually since I usually forget and then be embarassed after getting support and that solves everything... But this time it did not
Trying another file I did not think of however, but it seem to be working just fine. What could have happened in the first file causing the issue?

Update: It worked fine in a file where I accidentally got the wrong template. Otherwise I use the swedish template but that one was created on a different computer with another default template. I just opened another file with the swedish template and there it is not working either. Although it has worked fine in both those files before...
