I just noticed this in just-installed latest AC 28 SPA; I had not noticed it in other 28s or 29s, but didn't verify now:
- historically you selected a say window, syringe-extract, pick some other window in the library view and syringe-inject, and it worked;
- in latest just-installed-and-updated 27 SPA the A (width) dimension, not sure about other parameters, won't transfer in syringe-inject in library folder view unless after syringe-extract you deselect the window, select it again, and then open settings to look up the other window. Took me a while.

Check the 'Element Transfer Setting' that you are using.
These can be set not to transfer particular parameters.
Door & window size is one of them.

Yes, that was off. [Which was correct; see 2) below].
1) The confusing part for me for the moment at least is then that it does inject the size into the default after deselecting and selecting again. And only then does the window selected-to-be-modified keep its size –otherwise its size changes to whatever the default was.
2) Actually I would not want to inject the size into the default, or include its size in Element Transfer Settings. I am selecting the window to be modified, I want it to keep its size, and only inject new window type-frame-etc. into it.
3) I picked “Transfer All Settings” (that is, Size checkbox checked). Same thing happens: doesn't inject extracted size into the other window object in the library folders view (it does when injecting into other placed window).

The size is definitely transferring for me in AUS 29 in the object settings dialogue.
What ever size is showing in the dialogue will transfer to any other window.

In 28 SPA it is working for me only if I extract, deselect, select, inject to object settings library view side panel thumbnail or whatever it's name is, for the first time since AC 7.0. Which I stumbled upon after a lot of pain, in which a 3 min task became a 2 h task.

Unfortunately I don't have 28 SPA so I can't test.
If it is working for you in other languages or versions, you should report this to your local support.

There is no such thing as local support. I am sharing this in a user forum in case somebody else comes across this, and sharing also a workaround.

Does this work for you?

It doesn't work for me as i have local support.
But if you go to the 'Submit a ticket' button at the top, if you don't have local support you are supposed to be able to choose 'Product Support' and send a request off.
