Please help..
How can I, and where in archicad increase the quality of Jpeg when publishing in publisher.
Everything I publish gets do depixelized..

If I understand you right I think you mean pixelated.
Either;
While in 3D; Look at: Document>Creative Imaging>PhotoRendering Settings>Resolution (Default is 72, (Try bumping it up little by little).
Or in Publisher:(for each layout) Format>Document Options>PDF Options (300 should be ok).

How can I save anything in jpeg and get a clear resolution?
I wouldn't need this if my pdf wanted to print on plotter..
I can't print any pdf I publish. I see everything fine,but when I prepare it all for printing and press print file bugs..
I guess you can't help me. Noo matter
This time I will try to open the pdf from Archicad in Illustrator and save it again in pdf
