Mid point of windows

I'm a newbie here and am trying to figure out how to find the midpoint of a window. Especially for dimensioning. A midpoint snap for windows would be nice. Is there anyway to do this?

There is a hotspot that you can snap to at the center of every window along the reference line side of the wall.
