Missing Toolbar Icons

Updating my custom toolbars in AC16 and can't find these two Palettes: "Quicklayers" and "Element Info".
They are gone from the "all commands" list.

They are now called "Show/hide quicklayers" and "Show/hide element information".
Nothing like a slight change just to keep you on your toes!
