Move connected walls when I move one wall?

I have a large wall, A, and then have many other walls at a 90 degree angle hitting this wall.

If I move this wall A, I would expect all the other walls to follow it, to stretch to stay "connected" to this wall.

Is there some way to somehow link these walls, so that they follow the wall, A, when I move it?

This can be done by using the Marquee tool. Use the Marquee to entirely surround the main Wall, including the ends of the 90˚ Walls. Then use the Stretch command to move the main Wall and stretch the 90˚ Walls at the same time.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

Indeed; that does work;), but:

I don't see the selection/wall when I move the marquee. This makes it impossible to know how far wall A is from wall B.

Any pointers there?;)

Use numeric input for the operation, as described here: wall how to specified distance from another, the walls will be moved/stretched the specified distance.
