My Organizer keeps disappearing

having issues with this on one of 4 PCs that im working on.

i open my organizer, then once i click back into my work space to work on the model it closes the organizer.. so im having to continuously open it over and over evey time i need to navigate the view, layouts and publisher.

is this a setting if mistakenly set? cos i cant find anything to stop it from happening.

Right click in the top tool bar of the organiser and turn off the auto-hide option.
No idea why this control is hiding there and not part of the first button in the toolbar.
