Graphisoft has launched MyArchiCAD.com at https://myarchicad.com

This is the place to go to download all EDU and Trial versions of ArchiCAD 13.

This replaces the http://eduregistration.graphisoft.com and http://trialregistration.graphisoft.com sites.

So any student, teacher, school or professional wanting to download and use the above AC version should go here.
Many-many other Add-Ons and materials are also available for download.
Some of them are country-specific, but they include:

BIM Server
Artlantis
MEP Modeler
EcoDesigner
CADImage Add-Ons
Cigraph Add-Ons
Objective
Interactive Training Guides
etc.

Still the training guides for version 12.
I looks like you are going to get something for version 13 but when you get to the download page it is still all version 12.

Where do I report errors?

If you select Puerto Rico as country, the download option indicates AC Int. Puerto Rico uses AC US.
