New Section: Where is the 'limit' line

Anonymous
Not applicable
I'm adding a new section to a view and choosing the 'limited' option. The section marker shows up fine on the view with the corresponding close and far limitation lines. However, the far limitation line doesn't show up on layout (when I add the view to a layout).

I've looked though the section settings but can't seem to figure it out. Help is appreciated!

Have you checked the view setting for the layout?... It seems that your layout has a different setting for it... the one with predefined views like "Site plan", "Schematic Design"...

The lines that show the limit of the section are one of the On-Screen Display Options (like roof pivot lines) that do not print, so they do not show on the layouts. If you want the lines in layout, you will need to draw them over the section marker in the 2D window.
