I want to use the curtain wall tool to create windows along this shape using the magic wand. The two dots in the middle make it so the panels arent spaced evenly. When I try to fix it manually doing the segments one by one, I get duplicate end frames. Am I tackeling it wrong or is there a way to unify the shapes?

I would recommend that you first create a polyline that has equal length segments (for example, 1 meter). If you do that, Archicad will correctly generate the segments along your curve. Then use that polyline instead of the curve as the basis of the Curtain Wall:
1. Go to Design>Magic Wand settings and set it to "Linear Segments" at the bottom, and set the "Segment Length" option to the width of your individual Curtain Wall segments (e.g., 1200 mm)
2. Activate the Line tool or the Polyline tool and SPACE-click the curve. It will generate the equal linear segments along the curve. You will then use this multi-segment line as the basis for your Curtain Wall.
3. Now, set your Curtain Wall Scheme to 1x1 Divisions like this:

There is a trick - Since a Curtain Wall can be composed on only linear segments, when you SPACE-click the line, a multi-segment Curtain Wall chain will be created, and all of its intermediate points will be technically Corner Frames, not Boundary Frames. If you set your Corner Frames and Boundary Frames the same, you will not have any issues.
5. After you have set your Curtain Wall settings, set the Geometry Method to Chained Polyline, and just SPACE-click the polyline (move the original curves or delete them so they do not interfere). and you have your Curtain Wall that aligns with the original curve and is composed on equal segments.

You could probably magic wand it. Just change your magic wand settings to linear fixed length.
