OBJECTiVE - problems using custom Profiles

This is a question for Ralph.
I modeled a bridge profile with wind guardrails and now have problems using
options Rise and Bend Horizontal. The guardrails degenerated.

"Phase 2"...the bridge has a longitudinal rise of 10m, and wind rail end points change their position??

"Phase 3"...the bridge has a arched form in plan,
wind rail on the end and mid point is wrong

If you have a question specifically about OBJECTiVE, the best place to put the question is with Encina. Then the objects causing the problem can be handed over for analysis - it's a bit difficult to read what's going on from the illustrations alone.
