One Object different material in View Map

Situation- Would like columns to have concrete material, but when working with Eptar Reinforcement plugin(In View Map) can the material be Transparent Glass so that the rebar can be seen

or there's another workflow ?

Materials are not stored as part of the Views.
For your purpose, I would group the columns so they can be selected all at once to (manually) set the material as needed.

Not sure how the Reptar Plugin works, but you can set a Layer Combination to show the columns as transparent.

Another workaround could be to have two sets of columns on different layers (with Layer Intersection Priority set to 0 when off, so as not to affect other elements) with one set concrete, and one set glass.
