Most likely a wrong GDL object or a misbehaving solid operation.
To rule out library part problems, unload all libraries AND delete the library cache (
ArchiCADGdlBinCode.dat
in
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD Cache Folder\ArchiCAD 11.0.0 XXX R1
). Try if it fixes it. if it doesn't, then - as suggested by others - try to narrow down the problem to a certain element or group of elements by turning off layers until the problem goes away. You might find that the problem is not related to any specific element (e.g. it goes away if you turn off slabs and show roofs, but also goes away if you turn off roofs and show the slabs) in which case you should suspect solid element operations.
Contact your local support if you can't find the offending elements.
