In the US version there is only a circular one in the library with no option to stretch (of course this would also produce an elliptical skylight and not an oval one anyway).

Unless there is something different in the Portuguese library you need to either find something online or build one yourself. If it is fairly simple you can probably make it with the roof tool.

Cutting the oval hole might be a bit tricky, since the shape is defined in plan view. You will probably need to draw the outline with lines and half ellipses to get the correct plan projection (assuming it is a sloping roof) and then space bar click to make the hole.

Here's a possible solution.

1) Place the standard 'Skylight Dome Circular' object onto your plan. Set most of the parameters correctly. This original GDL object does not allow you to set different X & Y parameters.

2) Select & then save it as a new GDL object.

This new object will allow you to set X & Y parameters unlike the original, which you can then set as an oval.

Unfortunately you seem to loose all other parameters which the original object had such as slope. This can be addressed by adding rotX & rotY in the GDL Script.
