I have designed each house in a different file and the building plot to another. Trying to place each building, in the right place and elevation on the building plot, using the āplace moduleā command, I have to place each story of each building separately. Can a module place all the stories at once?
Thank you in advance

I've asked this question in another topic:
http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?p=77741#77741
but thought I might bring it up here, seeing as hotlinked modules are being discussed:
I can't see a way of getting doors and windows to label in elevation in the following scenario:
I have a housing development where I have several "types" of 2 storey buildings which need repeating but with minor changes to external screens, stairs and balconies. I have each building type in a PLN fully modelled and noted (in plan only) - BUTwithout the things that are specific for each particular building (screens, stairs and balconies). I then have seperate PLN files for each actual building with the original "type" PLN brought in as a Hotlinked Module (each storey in each storey). I then add the external work specific for the particular building. Elevations and Sections are generated off this PLN (with the external stairs and balconies) and noted and dimensioned. And it's here I need the windows and doors numbered in the elevations. As these specific buildings are having their walls with doors and windows come from a hotlinked (PLN) module, I can't label them.
Does my process make sense, or is there a better way? Anyone else work this type of scenario in a different way? Or if this has been discussed before, can you point me to where it is?
Maybe I just have to accept the fact that I can't aoutomatically label the doors and windows in elevation.

Believe me, I've wanted this one for a long time, but modules just don't allow you to turn on labels in elevation/section.

Just needed to know wether it was possible or not. I'm not expecting a different answer - I posted in two topics not knowing wether or not I would get an answer. There are often vastly different audiences viewing various topics, with vastly different experience.
But thanks for answering the question.
