Problem creating standard window list.

I am just starting exploring list so i started from just see what premaid list do.
I opened a window list but i could not see the elevation of the window
The same list for doors created the required elevation just fine.

So i started to explore a little more.
I created a sample door list and duplicated the template for window list 1.
and did just the following. Went to cell 1,1 and pressed the picture button and set the scale to automatic.
Pressed ok as many time required to get me out and opened the newly created list. It brings up an error message saying that it cannot find some things that it should.

I am confused to say the list. How do i know if a cell has a picture or not?
Why cannt is see the windows elevation but i can see the door elevations?

Is a simpler list creator in a wish list?? (i hope so)

let me rephrase the question to make it more simple to understand because my english are not so go.

I use the premaid list for doors [its in the Door_schedule_1.txt]
Its perfect and the picture of the doors.
When i use the premaid windows [its Windows_schedule_1.txt]
i dont see any windows picture.

Any suggestion of what is going wrong?

Other questions can wait... but i must figure that out and i cannt..
Thx

Your English is (and was) fine ... I was hoping someone who uses the list schemes would respond. I use the intereractive scheduler for both of these features (door and window legends) and prefer the user interface and functionality there to the list schemes. There are predefined legends there that you can duplicate and modify to suit your needs.

The "problem" with the interactive scheduler is that you can not finetune the output AND you cannot make custom fields based on calculations (or can I and i missed that feature)

You can fine-tune the output ... not as much as you might want, but headers, data fields, etc. each have their own text attribute settings in the settings dialog ... as do the various line settings for borders. You can add custom fields ... for object, such as windows/doors, but you are correct that you cannot calculate the value of those fields (without modifying the GDL) ...they are static data entry.

By the way when i use the interactive scheduler for door and inclure the window area variable, it always shows the area of the door not the window.
This is certainly wrong. And i see no way to change that.
or can i ??
