Problem merging straight and curved wall

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have been trying to merge one straight and one curved wall, with the same characteristics, height, reference line, story... etc; Here is a list of all the things that I have tried doing and still I have separate walls.
Maybe I haven't done something, or I am doing something wrong, so if anyone could help me I would be so grateful (the thing that bothers me the most is that I need to place a door that is exactly where the 2 walls split).

- EDIT - RESHAPE - MERGE WALLS
- JOIN tool
- Complex wall profile
- Group

I will attach an image so you can see that the walls are not merged.

Cannot be done. When ever there is a change in angle or radius of a wall, a new instance must be created. Can you place the door in the curved wall overlapping the straight wall, then insert an empty wall opening into the straight wall?

It will be an interesting door, part straight and part curved?

As Ling said, place in one wall and add an empty opening to the other wall.

Or you could create a polygon wall but you won't have the wall skins.
You can then place the door where ever you want and can rotate it to any angle as well.
