Problem with ArchiCAD 16 MORPH subtract command

Not applicable
Hi

I'm modelling a chess set to teach myself about the new MORPH feature, and the subtract function is sometimes not working as it should. I've found 2 quirks with it so far:

1) I subtracted a triangular beam to create the space between the knights ears, but the subtract command added an extra face at the back of the head (giving me a 4 sided triangle!)
2) If I try and subtract either of the triangles on the side of the head, the entire horse vanishes along with the operator

When I select the horse I see on the top of the screen that "some selections are not solid". Would that have anything to do with it? As far as I can tell every face exists

Any ideas why?

Thanks
Rex

quirk 2 solved.
It was to do with the "some selections not solid" message. I discovered the "check solidity" and "solidify" options which allowed me to remove some extra morph lines (don't know where they came from) and suddenly the subtract worked as it should.
I'm going to assume that this was also the cause of quirk 1.
