Profile section fill

How do I assign a section fill to a profiler object. If I select it, the dialogue box has the typical fill selections to make, however, nothing shows up in section....

Do I have to give it a fill when I create it?

Tom,
I believe the fill setting in the objects settings is
the fill in the plan symbol.
To set the section fill go to the "Section" turn down panel
and un-check the "Use objects section attributes" button
and assign line, fill, etc.
Profiler does not use the SECT_FILL command.

So the plan and section views will have the same fill pattern? Can they be different?

Tried your suggestion, and about every combination of fill on plan, section turned on....off...that I could think of. No fill in section. Fill shows up fine on plan.

Yes, they can.

The plan fill is in the parameters list.

For the section fill, open the Sections tab. Set the fill accordingly.
