Receiving file from Maya?

Hey guys, there is a compatible format to receive a file made in Maya 2010 and import in Archicad 13?

I was expecting something like that I could receive things in 3D.
3DS is the only type I can import in AC?

ArchiCAD can also open SketchUp files (Windows-only) and IFC files.
I don't know how well a 3D DWG file would work, but that may also be an option.
