Standard Library not appearing in Tool Settings (Archicad 29)

Hello,

I am having an issue with Archicad 29 where the standard library objects are not displaying in the Tool Selection settings (e.g., Door Settings).

Problem details:

  1. In the Library Manager, the "Knihovní balík Archicadu" (Archicad Library Package) appears to be loaded from the correct path (C:\Program Files\Graphisoft\Archicad 29...).

  2. However, when I open the Door Settings, the "Built-in Libraries" folder is empty or only shows a basic "Library" folder without the standard Archicad 29 content. Only my manually loaded/downloaded libraries are visible.

  3. I am receiving a warning: "Selected libraries cannot be loaded because they do not contain any elements used in the project." (Vybrané knihovny nelze vložit...).

I have already tried reloading the libraries, but the standard content still doesn't appear in the browser. Any advice on how to force Archicad to recognize the standard library objects would be greatly appreciated.image.pngimage.png

Do not load the library packages folder.

You must load each individual library package file.

You can pick and choose the ones you want or select them all and load all of them.

Hi @Yehor Streltsov

When you open a .pla file, only the used library objects will appear, so you will need to Add more linked libraries (.libpacks) to your project to make them available for selection and use. They are located in the Archicad installation path (eg: C:\Program Files\Graphisoft\Archicad 29\Archicad Library Packages )

Once they have been added and visible in the Archicad Library Packages list, do not forget to click the "Reload & Apply" button. Then click OK.

yeah, library packages requiring direct upload is a weird nuisance... and even more annoying, if you decide to reorganize the libpacks on the server to make some sense of the 30+ .libpack containers, they all go missing and need to be relinked...
whats more, I still haven't found a good method for maintaining/updating the .libpacks, other than tediously updating 1 at a time... it seems that deleting them and re-uploading may be faster, but I'm fairly certain that would/could result in libraries going missing in every project again.
