Do yu want to build the precast from the drawing OR do you want the software to perform a synthetic analysis of the performance characteristic in software?
If the first answer, then model your slab with Composite profiles, if the second, then you need simulation software. I don't know if there are add on for Archicad, but you should contact your vendor.
