You can add and substract numbers in the tracker. So if you start stretching element, move mouse to the other element height you want to match, then type the number and press '+' on keyboard to add it. This will take in to account whatever number is behind decimal marker.
This works for anything in tracker (moving, stretching, offset, etc etc) and I find it very handy.
