Hi all!

¿Anybody knows anything about AC 12, please?

I'm hearing rumours, but nothing concrete...

Thanks a lot and regards.

Was he "canned" for THIS? (the video has been removed).
Yep...
Sad... he was obviously enthusiastic about what he sold.

Hee hee, looks like the forum police have been around again! Not much point having these threads as any info or screen shots that get leaked is binned! some cool stuff on show though for those of us that caught it although nothing revolutionary in terms of free form modelling in the pics that were shown anyway.

I don't know what you have seen, but the all stuff I've seen I thought was quite exciting and has the potential to really make a difference when trying to get stuff out the door. In fact I haven't seen one thing so far that I probably wouldn't use or help me on a daily basis.

We will all find out hopefully only in a few weeks or so, but I think many people are going to be fairly pleased! They seem to have listened to some of the major complaints and shortcomings from previous releases and remedied them. What more could you ask for? A automatic back massager or something!?

(Hope this post doesn't contravene any rules. )

I don't even use ArchiCAD anymore and I know there was one thing that pleased me to no end. But then it was a pet peeve of mine for a long time...

The pics have gone. So you can be assured that GS is monitoring these threads carefully.

Anyway, I'm not saying anything that isn't public here: our local reseller sent around a mailing (with a leaflet of ArchiCAD 11) and upgrade information. Buy now and receive ArchiCAD 12 at no additional cost. But not a single word about what is going to be inside.

So you should have some more patience before any official announcement

I hope you have all the reason.

But time is running... and Autodesk is on the road: Now they are selling "Revit" like BIM: Official College of Architects in Valencia (Spain): Revit and BIM.

I hope we arrive in time with AC12...

Its funny. They are watching but never answer important questions about where the product is going?

When we pay a subscription, aren't we supposed to have an idea of where the product is going? What are the biggest priorities?

Everybody is asking: Are we ever going to see relationships? A simple answer should be given. This is a priority or its is not.

There are many such questions.

How can we be asked to pay and then hope?
Its their product. ok. They can do what they want but before paying we must know where it is heading.

After the 12 release i am going to pose some questions and hope for answers. Revit pace of improvement is far superior to archicad's unfortunately. 5-6 years ago Revit was not an option, now the picture is different
