I have a friend who decided do learn a 3D program and after some research he decided to choose Revit. Why? Well just compare Autodesk's marketing with the Graphisoft's. He found lots of tutorials and well made movies. That's makes huge difference for newbies!
The poor Graphisoft´s website needs something like this Revit Overview
It seems Revit is growing so faster than ArchiCAD.
