Hi,
I've just started working in archicad 28 and have noticed that the roof sometimes connects slanted on one side. This is obviously not a very good look so I've tried to fix it without success. Anyone experienced the same problem? Why does this happen and how can I fix it?
Operating system used: Mac Intel-based 15.2

Cec:
Check the Roof Pivot Lines (there is an On-Screen View Option to make them visible) to see if they are parallel. Also, with the Roof Tool selected, you can select one Roof, then Command-Click on a border of the second roof to find their intersection if the Roofs are not parallel.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

Thank you! It worked for the smaller house, while the roof on the other one is still acting weird. I've attached a photo of the roof plan, I've tried the blue line on both of the vertical sides and it still looks the same

The roof is not a rectangle but a trapezoid, the bottom and ridge of the roof are not parallel to each other because of this. Therefore, a ridge runs up at an angle. Best start over with a perfect rectangular roof.
