I have 2 walls, one of which is slanted by way of a solid element operation, and i need them to intersect cleanly with no holes. is this possible?

I would use a Roof with zero thickness to Trim them both, Trim the Base of one and Trim the Top of the other.
On the Floor Plan, you may have to place the two Walls on two separate Layers with different Intersection Group numbers, so they do not join. If they join, it may give undesired result.
Then, when the cut is done, you will probably have to touch up the Floor Plan a bit using the Create Patch function or by drawing lines and Fills onto them to give you the 2D look you need.
Save the Roof on a Hiddel Layer in case you need it again later.
