Saving in .pdf

This is the case (another one yes).

When i paste on the master layout and edit everything, looks like on the 1st picture.

When i save the layout as .pdf, it looks like on the 2nd picture...

The problem?
not the lines, i know how to edit that, but the insulation... there is none on the .pdf file...

can someone tell me why?

Just a guess:
Could it have anything to do with the scale of the Fill Type used for the insulation. Maybe it is too large. I can see some lines in the insulation in the PDF. Maybe the pattern is so large that you can see only this much.

Try changing pdf settings.

I suspect that you have 'Vectorial Hatching' turned off in the On Screen View Options toolbar in ArchiCAD. This toggles between a faster generating preview of all the fills, and the slower 'true' representation. Your top image looks like the preview, while the PDF looks like the actual fills.

I would recommend turning on Vectorial Hatching on at all times - todays computers are more than fast enough to cope!

Hi Krasek,

Turn the toolbar on by going to 'Window'>'Toolbars'>'On Screen View Options'

Or go direct to 'View'>'On Screen View Options'>'Vectorial Hatching'.
