Hello, I possess the ground floor section of the building and wish to hide the upper floors while adjusting the position of the column grid markers to be closer to the section without using "Detail tool". Can you assist me in achieving this?

Thanks

I know this may not be "solution", but you can place two copies of the Section View on your Layout sheet. Crop one down to the section and crop the other up to the underside of the grid marks. You can then drag the Section View with marks down to align & display with your building section. If you do change the grid positions, doing it this way, updating the two views will maintain alignment, unlike placing a separate annotation item.
