Is there a way to clear subtract(gaps) from windows? A lot of windows so it is hard to arrange the object to the windows.

You just need to have extra walls for each window extra and the walls without the windows also extra - just cut only the walls without the windows. But - the gaps cutout should be filled with something - i think - an extra set of SOE-geometries?
