Solid morphs appear as green lines

Hi,

somehow the surfaces of my most recent project disappeared and now everything appears to be these olive green lines/wires. Changing the 3D style on the right click of my mouse doesn't change the issue. Would anyone happen to know how to get the regular view back?

Are you in wire frame mode in 3D or your layers are wire frame?
