Stair tool controls missing?

according to the help menu i should be able to set the location of the breakline on stairs, by looking under "2D symbol type" then "breakline position height" i cannot find this under 2d symbol type. i can't find it anywhere. any thoughts? do i first have to have some other option turned on or some thing?

Some stair objects in 16 seem to have the controls while others are missing.

Stairs in the "Stair Elements 16" folder of the ArchiCAD Library 16 have the breakline control.

Stairs in the "Complete Stairs 16" do not.

GS is there a library patch needed to address this?

Custom built embeded stairs also lack the breakline control in the dialog box but you can edit the possition using the preview window in the StairBuilder screen. Just grab the ends of the breakline and move them to where you want them.
