License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Stretching a wall a specific length

How do I go about stretching a wall so the wall is an additional length? When I enter the number it relates to overall length of the wall not the additional distance.

Easier:
- start stretching the wall
- press alt + shift (on a PC) while snapped to the end of the wall to change the user origin point
- enter distance (or press 'tab' key for other input options
- press enter.

You seem to have to specify either x or y as well, to get it to lengthen up/down or left/right using that method.

I'm not convinced having to select and stretch a wall, alt+shift, type x, then type your distance, then press +/- is any easier to be honest!
