Switch to Next Tool in Toolbar

Is there a way to do this similar to the Switch to NExt Pet Pallete Item? I know I can assign keys for each of the tools but some of our users think it would be easier to just "scroll" through the toolbar tools until you get to the one you want.

Not until just now. Totally missed that one. Is it documented anywhere, I could not find it? And can you change it to some other keys?
