On the Mac (there is something similar on PC), Option-click to pick up element attributes, Command+Option-click to inject attributes.

We have to use Favourites, or transfer one by one. A long standing wish.

I use mostly Find&Select when I have to change a bunch of stuff; transferring the parameters to the preview image in the library browser is usually the fastest way.
