T intersection

I've been learning ArchiCAD for a while and I noticed that if different walls (with different patterns) are connected in T intersection, the outline of the wall to which the other wall is connected remains continuous. And if there is True Weight of line enabled, it doesn't look good in 2D view. Is there any way to correct this? All suggestions will be appreciated.

It is a (ancient, extremely frustrating) limitation of AC and we're stuck with it.

Here is one little example of what I'm getting
if there are different patterns of walls.
The outlines remain. If they were at least thin
lines at points of intersections...

If you were to construct real walls made from different materials you would have exactly the same issue.
One wall would have to stop so the other could continue.
This is what Archicad is showing you.
You can now control which is continous and which is not.

If that is not important then as you have noticed, use walls with the same fill material and they will blend.
Otherwise if you want to show different fills for different wall types you may as well show their true extents.

This isn't a true 'T'. Put one of the walls on different layer and set this layer's intersection index to something other that that of the other layer. The index must be set for each layer combination you use.

Oh, you mean that T-intersection problem.

Lines between different fills within 'constructions' should use the separator pen, rather than the contour pen. Plan and section. This is another wish that is so old everyone assumes it has already been polled, but I can't find it. You should put it up.
