I just wanted to give thanks and kudos when deserved.
I called GS tech support yesterday (8.8.17) and they responded back via email to an issue I had with the BIMx software wanting to constantly NOT download the BIMx file and insisting on having a password required to download and update the BIMx model off their site.
Seems the issue was that my BIMx Pro app on my iphone needed updating to the latest fix....and that did the trick.
again...............thank you GS for responding and fixing the issue within less than a 24 hour timeframe. thank you.
