Tips for faster rendering process

Hello,

I need some help with my current 3D model.

I use D5 as a rendering software linked with Archicad.
The problem is that D5 apply textures on every same texture from Archicad. It means that I have to create a lot of individual texture, cut my walls everywhere I want to apply another textures. It is time consuming and it creates confusion because there's a lot of connexion between the walls.

The solution I have found is to have 2 models, one for the technique and one for the rendering. The problem is when my technique model is updated, I have to do the same on the rendering model.

Is it possible to work on an unique model without cutting walls ? Maybe interior wizard but it doesn't apply to curved walls and the model has to be perfect.

Thank you.
