I have just upgraded to v28. Coming from v18 the GUI is quite different. One thing I am trying to do is show the toolbox titles when the toolbox is floating or undocked. Can someone point me in the direction

Hi,
You can just resize it and the titles will appear, even if it is undocked:

The pallets show titles but none of the toolboxes show titles anymore. See the colorful AC18 view and the totally bland AC28 version.

HI David,
This must be a Windows implementation issue. It could be related to not having the display set to 100% (setting to 125% etc in the past would make displayed user interface elements funky).
Here's what I see on a Mac for the on screen options toolbar... when fully horizontal, and as I stretch it towards vertical. As soon as there is enough vertical space I see the title... But, obviously very different from yours as the title 'bar' is always on the left for me... and it's on the top for you... which would make it disappear if fully vertical I imagine... Odd.

The image you show with the titles is a really old version (18) as it has coloured icons.
The newer versions (Windows at least) don't have titles for the toolbars - the palettes do have titles.
I don't know of any option to turn them on - I think it is just part of the newer interface.

Tried messing with the windows display settings from 100% up to 200% and then fiddled with display settings with no change.
Could be something with the Alienware I am on.

I think it is just the 'new' (monochrome) interface that does not have toolbar titles in Windows OS.
Even when I stretch to vertical as Karl showed, I see no titles.
