I have the mysteriously disappearing tracker syndrome, but though I must have been inadvertently activating a quick key that caused its disappearance. I do like the direct numeric input without having to first press "r" or one of the other coordinate box entry keys. One big complaint is my difficulty in entering tracker when the shift key is held down to constrain the direction. I thought "tab" was supposed to achieve that, but it is not working on the intel machine I am working on now. If the shift key did not prevent you from entering tracker with direct numeric input it would be far more useful. The other short coming is that it can't be used for a relative offset before using a tool. I think the concept of direct numeric input is good and hopefully Graphisoft will give this some more thought so it can really start to be a timesaver.

the moment i got AC 10, i turned off the coordinate palette and turned on the tracker. It's so much nicer. You get the dimensions right where you need them: next to the element being created/edited. You don't have to look over to the coordinate palette.
