Tracker keeps disappearing in 3D

My tracker keeps disappearing in 3d when I try to type in a parameter for a wall or any other object.

Ie.
I cannot specify a length of a wall in 3d. Every time I hit TAB to go to my tracker...it appears and quickly disappears.

Bug. Started long before V12. Happens when you launch a new instance or import a drawing. Create a work environment that includes tracker on and just continually switch to that like the rest of us.....
