Yes. One way it to use the roof tool which is a sloped slab. In the plan view you can make it wedge shaped as you show.

You could use a roof if you just need a sloped surface.

If you want an actual RAMP object (via Stair Tool), you can do the following.

1. Draw a Fill on the floor plan around the perimeter of your intended ramp.

2. Draw a line from the starting edge to the ending edge.

3. Select both the fill and line, and go to Design > Create Stair Using Selection

4. Select the Ramp icon from the dialogue showing the different stair configurations.

5. Configure the Ramp's settings via Stairmaker.

I've used complex profile to create ramps which can be edited easily.
