UPPERMOST STORY NOT SHOWING UP IN 3D

After merging two files, I cannot get any elements on story #3 to show up in the 3d perspective. They show up in plan and elevation normally. If I select them in plan and select "show selection in 3d" then it shows up by itself, but anytime I want to show the whole model in 3d perspective, nothing above the second story shows up. Any thoughts?

View>Elements in 3D View>Filter Elements

Right clic on 3D in the navigator and check if 3D cutaway is off
