View Sets in Archicad

hi,

I usually save my views at a specific zoom so that i can quickly jump to that particular drawing on the story. But when i import them into Plotmaker the view captures everything in the drawing space and not the zoom that i saved it with.

am i doing something wrong, can it be fixed, or is that just how it is meant to be.

all help would be appreciated..

A work around that I use is as follows.
Offset hotspots at either all the corners of the drawing or just the diagonal points.
The distance for Offsetting the hotspots varies on the scale of the drawing. Usually I offset 500mm at 1:100 and 50mm at 1:10 from the outter most object in the drawing.
Then in plotmaker you can stretch the drawing frame quickly to the hotspots
