Yes this is a problem and needs to be fixed by GS.
A unsatisfactory way is to turn the corner with the same wall and then start the second wall at the end of the wall turning the corner.
even more unsatisfactory method is to use a patch

If the reference line of your nailer wall matches the separator line of your composite (as it really should IMHO), you can use the adjust command to adjust the end of the gypsum board to the bottom edge of gypsum of the nailer wall.
Works more reliably than people think!

The gypsum board coming from north meets a 1 1/2" nailer going west and I get this funny corner. What would be the clean way of getting the boards to meet at the corner?

As long as the reference line is there, I can change the composite to any other composite (such as add a second gypsum board, or change the material, or whatever) and the wall will be OK. If I start putting the reference line somewhere else I will not be able to change the composite without having to redraw the wall. I don't like work.

As a quick&dirty I am adjusting (command-clicking) the south-bound gypsum board to the bottom face of the gypsum board in the nailer wall. It looks OK, there is a line separating the gypsum boards in the two walls but nobody will see that. But if I ever choose to make a change to the composites I am not having a real corner and modifying one composite will not stretch/adjust the other to keep a neat corner.
[This also works as a reply to Djordje's reply (which would also begin with insecure 'but, but, but's).]

And that's uderstandable, but in this case I guess it's a matter of priorities. Do you wan them flexibility of having the wall composite change without consequence, or do you want you junction looking tidy? If it's just the one wall you are worried about, you can use Edit>Modify Wall commands to correct it if it changes.
BTW The Adjust I was referring to was the cmd/ctrl + - command, or Edit>Adjust. This works much differently to regular cmd/ctrl clicking as you mentioned, as it adjusts the wall to an exact location.
Good luck.
