Walls cut for no apparent reason

I'm working on a file right now where several walls are cut for no apparent reason, in Section as well as in the 3D window. See screenshots, blue and red walls. 

Can't understand why, but here are some info:

- There are two roofs above the walls, one outer (thinner) and one inner (thicker). The walls in question are NOT cut by any of these roofs. Have double checked this with Connect > Clear all connections. Even if I delete the roofs or move the walls to a different place in the model (see screenshot), the problem persist
- They have the same building material as the roof above them
- The wall layer and the roof layer are in the same intersection group
- There are no layers on hidden objects that are interfering with the walls.

What am I missing here?

Thanks, that was it! Never used that function before! But obviously the one who worked on the project before me did...
