i have a singlehung twin window that will not show shutters in the elevation or 3-d mode yet they are showing in the floor plan mode. i have checked all the parameters and they all say to have shutters and i even deleted the windows and used alt>click to select properties from another window and it still doesn't work. any help out there?

In Door and Window Builder there is an option for various states of opening, eg. show open in 2D, closed in 3D, and you can vary the angle in each. Is there a setting like that with what you are using?
